Bisi Alao
Sport Project Manager, Legacy 2020
A local Newham girl, Bisi joined ELBA in July 2010 to manage In the Parks. Bisi has previously worked for Sports Action Zone and Lambeth Council, creating and delivering on their community sports projects. She gained a BSc degree in Sports Development at the University of East London along with several other sports coaching qualifications along the way. Bisi loves her sports and is a keen netball player and currently coaches and plays for her local team in Newham.

Helen Womack
Project Coordinator, Legacy 2020
Helen joined ELBA in July 2011 following several roles in the CSR and charity sectors. She has previously worked for BITC on the Give and Gain programme which is the world's largest day of volunteering. She has also worked on digital inclusion, swimming grants and carbon footprinting projects and has an array of skills and experiences as a result.
She is also a red belt in karate and was a competitive dancer.
